This puppy is guaranteed for a LIFETIME after date of possession against fatal and life threatening congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of an animal. Congenital diseases must be of a severe or life threatening nature. It don't covered old age and normal death, age or accidents. If the dog dies the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to determine reason of death. If the reason for death is congenital then the seller will replace the puppy.

This guarantee do not cover : under bite, overbite, hernia, or invert vulva ( females) which fixed itself after the first heat and occasional heart murmurs of a level 1 or 2, that are not life threatening nature, and all injuries that occur after vaccines. All vaccines now carry RNA nano liquid which shortens the life from our animals. Nondisclosure is not an option but it is understood that some of this issues can occur later in life and are not the fault of the
breeder.

This guarantee goes by replacement ONLY!  We do not give refunds! Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
As a date of delivery the puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-wormings a few times. The buyer has been informed of these and future vaccinations and worming too.

This guarantee does not cover or include treatment for Coccidian, Giardia, or Kennel Cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria or protozoa. Kennel cough is self-limiting and must run its course. Full recovery is expected on its own and not life threatening.

A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
The hips has to be found "MODERATE or SEVERE" (OFA)  The dog has to be never bred before! Seller must be notified of the problem in 3 business days of the licensed veterinarians determination and have 2 reports from 2 unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. No refund in part or in fill will be given.

We don't require to ship the dog back to us, we require spay or neuter in that case.

This is a formal contractual agreement between seller and buyer. If the dog get sold to a third party this guarantee expired and is nontransferable!

In case you cannot hold on to your dog and like to resell those you have to contact us FIRST! All dogs that get sold to a third party has to be spayed or neutered before.
