This puppy/dog has been the first shots against canine
distemper, hepatitis, adenovirus cough, parainfluenza and
parvovirus.
I'm giving a health guarantee for five years for all genetic
defects, beginning day of purchase. If the buyer find in this
time a life threatening genetic defect or illness, the purchaser
may exchange the puppy for one of equal value, no money
refund will be issued on the return of the puppy. Buyer is
responsible for the shipping costs. If this happens, a
veterinarian certificate must be presented attesting to any and
all problems and the puppy/dog has to be send back to the
breeder.
If there is a congenital defect ( not include hips, there are
genetic) within one year from birth, and it can be surgically
corrected for less the cost of an replacement puppy from our
kennel, we will pay the cost of surgery ( not the tests or doctor
visit leading to the surgery) up to the purchase price to the
puppy instead of replacing the puppy.
There are certain disorders that maybe caused by
environmental factors, like allergies, thyroid dysfunction,
mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered
by this guarantee. Minor defects that are of little consequence
for the puppy's health are not covered. Such as: minor under or
over bite, an umbilical hernia, undescended testicle and
entropyon.
In the unlikely event that a puppy is suspected of being
Dysplastic in its first 2 years of age, we will guarantee a
replacement puppy as long as this procedure is followed:
1. Notify us by phone or letter within 10 days of diagnosis.
2. Die OFA must find the dog to be "Serverely Dysplastic"
